Heathy Ways to Stay Active!

To stay healthy, it is good to keep a regular diet. I would hope you excirsise, right? If you don't and your eating healthy, I would try some just to keep you going, or to slow you down. I can tell you it is great to run outdoor, not on a treadmill. Treadmill limit your range of running.When out side make sure you stretch first. If you don't you will be sore. T hats what you can do to say active and healthy.
